Hi Henry,
There is very little mileage in doing anything to the propeller apart from making sure it is clean and as no damage and the bottom of the boat is clean. If you need any more advice on the correct propeller for the boat. it s a good idea to go to the engine maker as they have a database which will calculate the best size and pitch for a given boat.
Kind Regards

Hi All,
Im spending some time doing up our old Hardy 20 MS. We use the boat a lot on the Themes so 100% of time using the engine. If we upgraded the propeller could we get a little more speed out of the old girl? or would it be no point?
Im happy to spend the money if I get a good return on a little more speed on the river.
Plus if its possible would anyone know what the best propeller would be for the job as I'm getting lost in the detail of what could or could not work.
Thanks
Henry
