To add to previous post i have now removed the offending drains they are basically a threaded tube with two end pieces screwed on . you may have to knock one end out as old sealant had glued the whole thing fast . once removed cleaned up and reseated . hope this helps anybody with leaking drains
Regards
Mark

Mark. Why would you require to seal them? Are you refering to the for'd rope/chain locker?
Rgds.

Hi Martin.
Should have been a bit clearer its the 2 drains one either side of the bow that drain through the hull . which is the problem as they are leaking into the cabin, its the leak im trying to resolve . hope this makes sense.
