Thanks Simon, I dont think there is room to fit Boxes as they would clash with the foot rest lockers and the floor molding is not completely flat. The pedestals would need to be quite tall. Regards Rob

Hi Rob. I fitted swivels on the seats in my navigator - I mounted them on GRP locker boxes - bonded and screwed into the GRP deck - all secure and worked well. Regards Simon.

Hi Has anyone changed the standard side fixed seats to adjustable pedestal and swivel type? I am concerned about the height of the helmsman pedestal and possible leverage problems on the floor. The existing seats would not work very well if swivel plates were fitted as they would clash with the wooden wheelhouse doors. It would be nice to have a nice seat for fishing regards Rob
