Hi Charles,
Had a look at our helm switch panel.
The furthest right of the group of "rocker" switches on the port side is the stbd wiper.
In the group of "flick" switches in the (sort of) middle the furthest to the right is the on/off for instrument lights. It's next to the engine buzzer stop switch.
I took a couple of photos if this would help.

Our year 2000 Mariner 25 has a mysterious switch on the helm switch panel, bottom row right hand most switch. The use of this switch is a mystery as the description has worn off. Can another Mariner owner tell us what it does?
