Hi I have just finished my power boat level 2 today, I did it on my own boat a Hardy Pilot with 75hp mariner, it has been the best 2 days of boating so far, all my worries have been put to sleep, I can't recommend this course any higher, I did it with a local company "Torbay sea school"

I think what you want is Powerboat Level 2:
https://www.rya.org.uk/courses-training/courses/powerboat/Pages/level-2.aspx
... that's a two-day course, but well worth it (I think it also gives you insurance discounts with some brokers). Gave my wife, in particular, a lot more confidence in handling the boat.

According to the RYA training website, the course you mention isn't available anywhere near; in fact the nearest school that offers it is Chatham. The Thames Motor Yacht Club at Hampton Court runs other motorboat courses such as Day Skipper but also the Inland Waterways Helmsman and Crew courses, which might suit. I've not been on any of their courses but I know some of the officers and members, and they are good people.

The RYA training website might not be 100% accurate on courses in your area.
