Hi Terry,
The cockpit covers were all a standard item. It that way to keep the fitting of the covers and the costs at a standard price during the production of any of the models of the boat build by Hardy Marine. So that the fitting of them was able to be done easily. They were originally made by Suffolk Trimmers at Bury St Edmund's. However, they are made by different companies now I believe.

Our Seawinds 234 cockpit cover is low at the stern and doesn't give many options to roll sections up out of the way. The cover on the Hardy 25 for example looks much more useful and perhaps I could have something similar made up one day.
As an aside I'm wondering if cockpit covers were standard for each model or individually selected by the original purchaser.
