Hi Simon Next time I go over to the boat (in about a week) I will take a few photos and send them to you. Many thanks Simon for all your help with this matter. If you would like to include a email address to send photo to that would be great. Regards Paul. PS Happy Christmas.

Hi Paul, Could you send me a couple of photos of the inside of the boat so I can let you know where to put the hatch in and where you can not put a hatch in due to the space between the inside and outside of the hull. Regards Simon

Hi Simon I don't think there is any damage to the hull, the only thing I can think is the boat was stood outside for many years before I bought it. Rain water may have seeped into the hull, when the bow of the boat is lower than the stern you get some water draining from were the steering column is screwed to the flood. Would it be possible to put a small hatch in this area to drain water. Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul, areas of the hull had foam in them, it could be that the water is caught between to sealed areas. If you pin point the areas where the water is it may be possible to gain access to these areas. Is there any areas of the under side of the hull have got any damage that could cause any ingress of water, if so it may mean repairing these area after you have got the water out of the hull by draining the water out and drying the hull. Regards Simon Papendick

Morning Simon Many thanks for your time, the side tanks have two drain plugs were they meet the floor of the boat about half way along, but no water seems to drain when they are unscrewed. Is the hull of the boat foam filled? Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul, Are you sure it is in the bottom of the double skin, it could be inside the side tanks of the hull. If this is the case, you could fit sealable drains in the bottom of the side tanks. It is more likely that the water is in the side tank areas as these are void areas. Regards Simon Papendick

Hi Simon Not quite sure were the water is but you can hear it washing around. Have tried raising the bow up high and taking the plug out inside the boat but no water comes out. Not sure what to try next. Many thanks Paul.
