Hello I have a 1986 Hardy motorsailer with 3 iron keels that are now very rusty and need work. All three are pitted. Do I need to take them back to bare metal and fill them before antifouling? Also, the boat sits on a plank on the centre keel. Any suggestions how to access the underside of the centre keel? Cheers Nick
